What is meant by accurate information?
It means the information provided should be 100% correct. No matter how small the margin of error is, that should never happen. One should never be confident that all the information provided is accurate. It would be a splendid idea to double or even triple check the information provided so that you can be sure that it is 100% correct.
Why should information be accurate?
If the information provided is not accurate then you may end up suffering in the end. For example, you must provide information in the medical records that would enable the doctors to provide the right medicine for you. If you provide the wrong information, then the doctor will give the wrong medicine and that won’t be good for your future. Another example would be computing for a long Math problem. The initial information should be correct or the final answer will end up being wrong. It won’t be hard for the initial information to be correct since you just need to copy them from what was given to you. It would be pretty embarrassing if you just need to copy something and you end up still being wrong.
How do you provide accurate information?
If you are not sure whether the information is accurate or not, then you can double check it. For example, you are booking a flight and the website is asking for your passport number. If you gave the wrong passport number, you may end up not getting in the plane. If that happens, the money you paid for that flight will go to waste. Of course, you would need to check whether you are getting the information from a reliable source.
What is good quality information?
It is information that is the complete opposite of counteract misinformation. It is information that you will find pretty useful when the time is right. You will certainly benefit from remembering that data. Of course, you won’t go through all the trouble of finding the information if you don’t think you will find any use for it. For example, you stood on a weighing scale to find out what your weight is. You will definitely need that because you would want to know if you are overweight or not. If you are overweight, then you would need to cut down on the food you eat and exercise more often.
